Here's the deal: there aren't enough women in tech. It's mainly because lots of people aren't clear about what tech jobs can offer, and some think it's mostly a man's game. But Geekess is here to change that. Our job is to show the cool, rewarding tech careers women can have. We don't stop there, though. We also give women the tools they need to join tech, do well, and become leaders who inspire even more women to join the tech world.
