2014 UK Digital Experience Awards

Geeks beat stiff competition at the inaugural UK Digital Experience Awards in 2014, winning the Award for 2 categories of the national awards:

  •  Best B2B Solution
  •  Best Innovation in Digital Experience

The UK Digital Experience Awards recognise and celebrate the delivery of an exceptional customer experience through digital channels and media across a broad spectrum of industries. The Awards are also a vehicle for sharing best practices in digital customer experience and promoting continuous improvement, learning and personal development.

The Awards took place on 9th July at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London. The winners were selected by a panel of judges made up of over 50 industry practitioners. During the morning, finalists in each of the 11 Categories presented their entries to the judges. Winners were then announced during a sit-down meal for over 200 people, including Heather Small, singer and Barnardo's celebrity ambassador.

The UK Digital Experience Awards are owned by the operators of the established UK Customer Experience Awards and presented in partnership with Customer Experience Magazine, Cranfield School of Management, Global Reviews and Awards Systems.

The awards also had a noble cause, as funds were raised for Barnardo’s, the Awards’ chosen charity.

Neil Skehel, Managing Director of Awards International, said that the standard of entries for 2014 had exceeded all expectations. Congratulating the 2014 winners, Neil said: “We are delighted with the best practice showcased by entries received for the UK Digital Experience Awards. We have seen some shining examples from companies who are at the forefront of using digital technology to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Today gave us the opportunity to acknowledge those companies and celebrate with the finalists and winners.”
